Our flagship rockstar dish. If we could bring one ramen back to Japan, this would be it.

Scallions, sprouts, kikurage, naruto, nori, with black garlic and rayu (Japanese chili) oils. (contains pork and butter)

Kare | $14

Famous Japanese curry fusion.

Shaved cabbage, pickled red ginger, scallions, nori, tonkatsu sauce, and rayu (Japanese chili) oil. (contains butter and gluten)

Pozole | $14

A nod to the Hispanic side of my family. Our guajillo-based pozole offers the best of both worlds into one bowl. Comfort, complex, with a hit of spiciness, just like my Mexican wife ;-)

This happens to be the favorite choice of my mother and the anime character Naruto! Sweet, complex, and buttery.

This soup shares the birthplace with my mother’s home town in Yokohama. Soy sauce-based bliss.
